We conducted a training gap analysis, as part of a Requirements Analysis Working Group. The outcome was a single Training Requirements Document that identified core competencies for the Radar Navigation Team Trainer.
We are delivering mobile assets comprising 2D and 3D models, visual environments, low-level AI, and web-based applications to the U.S. Military Academy. These solutions are used by WestPoint junior officers to receive the “right training at the right time.”
Incorporating simulated game-based engagements and capstone events, we created detailed storyboards for level 3 interactive multimedia instruction. We also worked with SMEs and developers to address concerns and verify the simulation design plan and objectives.
We converted static courseware and compliance materials, critical to safety and risk, into online level 2 interactive multimedia instruction. This modernized courseware has received excellent evaluations and feedback from learners.
Offering program management and instructional design expertise as a subcontractor, we analyzed operator and maintainer JLTV tasks defining training infrastructure, course offerings, and future integration outlined in a Manpower Personnel and Training Plan.
As consultants to a subcontractor, we developed two educational games to help action officers recognize military insignia and identify appropriate and effective forms of communication. We also conducted a usability study for the Joint Staff Officers 101 courseware and a cost analysis to identify cost per hour for online course development.
Situated in Central Florida since 2008, we have brought sound instructional design to the DoD, federal and state government, and commercial organizations.Download our Corporate Summary
